Hey, it's Chris Moore. I want to share something big with you today. Something that will change how we move forward together on this podcast, and something that might just change how you lead. For the past few weeks, we've dropped new Lead intent episodes every weekday, and I've loved every moment of walking alongside you, helping you lead with scripture, with purpose, and maybe gain a little clarity. But starting this week, we're making a shift from a daily podcast to a weekly one. New episodes will now release on Monday morning. Why? Because leadership transformation doesn't happen in a sprint. It happens in reflection, in prayer, and then also in our actions. This weekly rhythm gives us space to breathe a little bit, to let the truth settle in, to live it out in real time. To quote my friend Jerry Moll, we want to live on Monday, like we say on Sunday. That's the heartbeat behind this change. Now, let me tell you why this moment is even bigger than a schedule change. I've just released a book that I believe every Christian leader needs right now. It's called Lead Like the Lion, serve like the Lamb. And it's more than a book. It's a call. It's a call to stop choosing between bold leadership and humble service between courage and compassion between results in relationship. This book is about integration. The same kind of leadership that we see in Jesus. The same Jesus who flipped tables. And also washed feet who stood firm in truth and yet stooped low in grace. We who could confront a Pharisee with a roar and restore a failure with a whisper. He didn't switch between being the line and the lamb. He'd led with both, always and at the same time. And that is the kinda leadership our world is desperate to see again. And you can check it out now at lionlambleader.com. And here's why all this connects. Our world doesn't need more dominating personality, lions who devour their teams, and it also doesn't need more gentle lambs who get trampled by indecisions or by what's going on around them. We need leaders who know how to roar with love and kneel with strength. That's what lead, like the line serve like the lamb is all about. And this podcast, this new weekly rhythm is an extension of that vision. Each Monday we'll explore a principle from scripture and leadership, uh, that helps you live out both sides of the call line strength, lamb, humility together, integrated. We're gonna answer some of those big questions, and it's not gonna be about balance. It's gonna be about embodiment. So here's what I I want to do. I want to invite you to join me each Monday for fresh episodes designed to anchor your week in Godly leadership. I'd also love for you to be able to grab your copy of the book at lionlambleader.com. Dive deeper. Take the line Lamb Leadership Assessment. While you're there, there's a button you can click take you right to the assessment, takes just a couple of minutes, 20 questions, and it will show you where you naturally lead strong and where God's calling you to grow. So whether you're leading a team, a business, a church, or your family, this message is for you. If you want to be a stronger leader, go there. Take the assessment. The pressure to choose between results and relationships is real. I felt it too. I feel it all the time, but there is a better way. You don't have to pick a lane. You don't have to be the overly hard charging personality, but you also don't need to be the quiet person in the corner. You can lead with authority and serve with humility. At the same time, you can be courageous without crushing people and compassionate, without compromising truth. You can be both because that's how Jesus led, and he invites each one of us to do the same. This is Lead in 10. I'm Chris Moore. Let's keep leading with love and truth. Let's roar with purpose. Let's kneel in grace. Let's lead like the line and serve like the lamb. I'll see you next Monday.
